Peaky Blinders Season 01 Episode 03


 Ada and Freddie get married;  Polly gives them money to go to the country.  Although Tommy does his best to keep the guns a secret, men, including two IRA members, find out about them.  Grace overhears them trying to blackmail Tommy and follows one of them, but he attacks her.  Grace manages to shoot and kill her attacker in self-defense.  Tommy warns Billy Kimber that Lees is robbing Billy Kimber's bookies at the races again.  Tommy brings Grace as his date to the Cheltenham races to distract Billy Kimber and convince him that he should hire the Peaky Blinders as his security.  Billy Kimber agrees if he can be alone with Grace, and Tommy agrees.  At the last minute, he has a change of heart and reveals that Grace is actually a prostitute with syphilis.  Freddy decides that Tommy won't scare him and returns.
